I would like to highly recommend Andre Rochelle to you as a gifted and talented music teacher for Iberia Parish Schools. Andre is a brilliant percussion teacher and creative sound engineer. He is very well-respected in this community and, as you may know, performs with several religious, Jazz and contemporary ensembles for many years. 

Andre is absolutely passionate about music. His love for the art is evident in his enthusiastic and energetic teaching techniques. He is exceedingly patient with all students, encourages them and coaxes the very best effort from each and every one.Many of his students have gone on to embark on successful careers in music. Although he is one of the best percussion specialists in the state, he excels at instructioning At-Risk youth and students with Exceptionalities. In my opinion, he is a true Master Teacher. He teaches the music curriculum, then exposes his class to culture and then models how to apply the lesson as a professional musician.

I am tremendously grateful to him for everything he has taught to the New Iberia Senior High School Drumline and the work ethic he has brought to our band family.
